Following on from our initial presentation by Mates in Construction our Leadership and Management team successfully completed the “Mates in Construction – Connector” training.
As a group we are now confident to identify, discuss and assist in sourcing the correct support for fellow staff members, family and friends with Mental Health issues.The statistics are too high for the Construction industry with suicides and we will play our part in reducing these numbers. We believe a Psychologically Safe workplace is key to a safe and healthy work place.
