Our team participated in a Tool Box Meeting this morning on Workplace Inclusion & Belonging.
Amazing participation from the group on unconscious bias that we all have and how better to understand what they mean and how they can impact our decision making.
As our team grows so does all our learning, policies are a great start but actions are louder than words.
